About

Construction materials, supplied to specification.

Zait Al-Gharb is an importer of construction materials for the Iraqi market — structural and color-coated steel, reinforced bars, steel and plastic pipes, marble and flooring, and site tools — supplied to contractors, infrastructure works, and project buyers of any scale.

Standing

Zait Al-Gharb was established to bring internationally sourced construction materials within reach of Iraqi contractors and project buyers, under a single bill of materials rather than a set of disconnected suppliers. The company holds the steel, the pipe, the floor, and the tool it installs with in continuous stock, so a project is specified once and supplied to the same standard from the first delivery to the last.

Materials are sourced from established manufacturers and inspected before they reach the warehouse. Each shipment is documented against a bill of materials, so a contractor's specification and the material on site are the same document.

The company runs a distribution network sized to the project — a single city block or a regional infrastructure site — and stands behind the supply line from enquiry to final delivery.

Standards

Every line-item is selected to meet industry standards — structural-grade steel, pressure-rated pipe, durable flooring, and serviceable tools. The catalogue is reviewed against manufacturer changes and dated to the active supply year, so a project's specification stays current with the stock on hand.
